Meet Johnny: Mr. Personality of Ferrell Hollow Farm
Rescued from an owner surrender situation, 25 year old Johnny came to us seeking a safe haven where he could remain a loyal companion to his best friend Mac. Behind those curious eyes lies a heart full of potential and a yearning for connection.
Johnny is a stunning example of resilience. While his personality is outgoing, it also reflects a deep sensitivity and a longing for companionship.
Johnny is often seen beside his best friend Mac, engaging in a mutual grooming behavior, where they scratch each others back. His favorite pastime is nipping and playing with Finn, our naughty pony, over their gate. Johnny also makes a point to inspect all visitor and handlers pockets for treats.
At Ferrell Hollow Farm, we believe that every horse deserves a second chance. Johnny’s journey is just beginning, and with ongoing support, we are hopeful that he will live a long life. We invite you to follow his story, as he learns to embrace the joy of companionship and the beauty of unconditional love.
